Management Packages

BEING AWAY PACKAGE If you are away from your property, it is extremely important to be sure that there is someone you can trust. We offer our “Being away” and “Being away premium” packages to ensure that everything will be carried out to your satisfaction. The services described below are offered together with the one year’s subscription for letting (according to the “Short term letting agreement”) of a property through PMGroup:

  • Collection of the keys for the apartment from the developer’s office.
  • Making 2 copies of the keys for the apartment.
  • Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.
  • Issuing inventory document, according to the Letting Agreement signed with the owner.
  • Mailing a report of the inventory and a report of the condition of the apartment and its content.
  • Monthly property inspection in the off peak season October – April and a weekly inspection during peak season May – September:
    • Ventilation of the property.
    • All areas of property checked over, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Terrace, etc.
    • Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
    • Check of lighting, plumbing, humidity, electricals, boiler.
    • Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in pristine condition.
    • Ensure all appliances are in working order.
    • Take care of indoor plants.
  • Arranging cleaning once a year, included in the price of the package.
  • Paying the monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone.
  • Collecting mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your choice.
  • Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
  • Property insurance (including Public Liability insurance) *

One bedroom apartment – 312 €

    • Advice about any necessary repairs to maintain the property in pristine condition.
    • Ensure all appliances are in working order.
    • Take care of indoor plants.
  • Arranging cleaning twice a year, included in the price of the package.
  • Paying the monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone.
  • Pay the annual municipal and local taxes, fill out tax declarations.
  • Collecting mail to leave inside property or re-post to an address of your choice.
  • Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
  • Community representation (only if requested by the owner).
  • Property insurance (including Public Liability insurance)*.
