Letting Opportunity

Letting Packages For those of you, wishing to rent out properties on a short-term or holiday basis, we at PM Group will offer your guests all ranges of hospitality services, such as, welcome packs, maid services, inspection on arrival and departure, car hire, area information etc. All the clients subscribing for our LETTING PACKAGE will be provided with the following services:

we will take all the relevant photos and will publish them along with a detailed description of the premises on our partner`s rental websites;
we will also pass your property details over to all of our collaborative agencies and tour operators;
once we have received a deposit with confirmed reservation we will then inform you on the booked period and everything regarding the reservation and preparing of the apartment is our full responsibility:
- Airing of the property
- Cleaning the apartment
- Making of the beds
- Delivering laundered linen, towels and toilet paper
- Welcome pack delivery (upon request)
- Midweek and prior to departure inspection to ensure that tenants take good care of the property
- Full inventory and presentation before and after every let
- Check all contents against inventory
- Cleaning the apartment after departure
- Ensuring all windows and doors are locked

We would also like to encourage you to take your own your own bookings. We can also look after the needs of any guests, colleagues or family arriving as well as when you personally visit the property yourselves.

Subscribing for our letting package does not indicate exclusivity. You are free to look for other rental opportunities (eg. advertising through Internet) or you can hire another letting agent. We do, however, need to be your official and only key holder and require all the bookings and access to your property to be through us for security reasons.

Commission rate – 20% from the rental income, when generated by our company. Subscription is for one year.

RESERVATIONS WHICH ARE NOT GENERATED BY BG DEVELOPMENTS

If the rental is generated by you or a third party we offer you our maid and laundry services:

Preparation Clean: we open and air the property; sweep and vacuum the property throughout; wash the floors, including under beds and appliances.
Kitchen Clean: we clean inside and out all cupboards, work tops, drawers etc.; clean the hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer; clean all rubbish and left over food etc.; clean all wall tiles and kitchen equipment; wash and dry all dirty crockery and cutlery; rinse and clean the dishwasher and lastly wash the kitchen floor.
Bedrooms Clean: we remove all bedding and linen and take it to laundromat; clean under the beds and furniture units etc.; clean and polish the wardrobes; dust, clean and polish all furniture units; wash and polish the floor; make up the beds.
Bathrooms Clean: we remove all towels and take to laundromat; clean all bath units and furniture; clean all marble surfaces; clean and disinfect sink, bath, toilet, bidet, shower inc. the curtains, all mirrors and lastly we wash and polish the walls and floor.
