Married Applicants In Bulgaria married partners own the property jointly therefore the property purchase i.e. mortgage application should be in joint names

Limited Companies Should be non-trading and formed solely for the purpose of this transaction

Life insurance Recommended but not mandatory It is possible for UK residents to get a mortgage in Bulgaria at similar rates to the UK.
