BG Developments Ltd.

BG Developments Ltd is a Bulgarian company operating in the areas of tourism and property investments. The firm was founded in 2006 in the city of Plovdiv, where its headquarters are presently based. BG Developments Ltd is a prosperous company with a goal of becoming a significant factor in both the tourist and real estate markets.

In March 2006, BG Developments completed its first project, the Graceland Apartments on the hills of St Vlas, next to Sunny Beach. BG Developments is an Irish/Bulgarian collaboration. The Irish parties have successfully developed and dealt in residential and commercial property and land for over 35 years, and they have a long standing relationship with their Bulgarian partners spanning 25 years.

All projects undertaken by BG Developments Ltd are carefully analysed and planned, ensuring a continuing legacy of value and return on investment. In March 2007, the company started building Ravda Beach holiday complex. The company is also investing heavily in plots of land on the Bulgarian coastal and mountain resorts, where it plans to build small to medium sized residential buildings.
